1. General Provisions

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

A 20x wagering requirement must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing. Bonus terms:

• Not all games may contribute equally to bonus wagering

4.3 VIP Program

Progression through each tier depends on your activity and engagement on the platform.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Using artificial betting, account coordination, or any other dishonest method to exploit the bonus system is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

5.2 Technical Errors

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools

• Colluding with other players in the same game

7. Account Suspension and Closure

j7jj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following situations:

• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• If money laundering is suspected
• At the user's request (in the case of self-exclusion)

7.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw all valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, however any bonus balance will be cancelled.
